Third party reports required

The following third party reports are required on most projects upon execution of the loan application, and paid for by Borrower at closing.

• Appraisal
• Environmental Reports (if applicable)
• Other third party reports that may be required

All loans committed will be subject to satisfactory third party reports. In the event we do not close a committed loan due to unsatisfactory reports, all fees will be refunded less our actual out-of-pocket costs.

This outline contains the current general parameters of our lending program. The program contains additional details and requirements, parameters and underwriting criteria are subject to change without further notice.

Outstanding third-party reports less than one-year old are reviewed to determine if they may be reused in order to save the borrower time and money.
